Who is the Power-Up course intended for?
This mini-course is intended for parents who care for a child diagnosed with ADHD and/or Autism (ASD) who care for a child who struggles with (and because of) anxiety.
Note: This course is also appropriate for parents of neurotypical children.
What will parents gain from completing the Power-Up course?
Anxiety can be completely overwhelming for an individual. It can cause a child to withdraw from their favorite activities, overthink simple situations and miss out on things they would usually enjoy. It doesn't have to be that way, though. In this mini-course parents will learn how to recognize some signs of a child who may be anxious and how to support a child managing their anxiety in a practical way.
