Who is the Power-Up course intended for?

This mini-course is intended for parents who care for a child diagnosed with ADHD and/or Autism (ASD) who finds it challenging to stay regulated. This could be a child struggling to be calm and in control, a child who has a hard time being at ease or even a child not being able to focus.

Note: This course is also appropriate for parents of neurotypical children.

What will parents gain from completing the Power-Up course?

A child who is not regulated and not able to cope in different situations, may find it very hard to follow instructions, be attentive, keep track of a conversation or even make friends. In this mini-course parents will learn how to determine the types of activities that could help their child be more regulated and how to practically implement that in everyday life.
