Who is the Power-Up course intended for?

This mini-course is intended for parents who care for a child diagnosed with ADHD and/or Autism (ASD) that has difficulty in managing their emotions and seems to go from being happy to sad (or mad) in no time. This is often, but not only, evident in autistic children.

Note: This course is also appropriate for parents of neurotypical children.

What will parents gain from completing the Power-Up course?

Emotions can be very confusing because they change quickly and unexpectedly. Parents will learn how to support their children in understanding the basics of emotions and how we can have more control over our emotions (and reactions).
